Terms of use
These terms cover Pixel City's apps and services: Luma World on the desktop, the Pixel City mobile app, your Pixel City account, and pixelcity.world.
Effective 24 September 2026
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating a Pixel City account or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use Pixel City on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
"Pixel City", "we" and "us" mean the operator of pixelcity.world. "The service" means the desktop app, the mobile app, the account system and the websites together.
2. A beta product
The service is in active development. Features can change, move or be removed, and things will sometimes break. The mobile app shows the status of agents running in your desktop app; it is read-only and is not a way to run or control agents remotely.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that status shown on your phone is complete or current.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password and sign-in methods secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@pixelcity.world if you think someone else has used it.
- You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account.
4. Your AI providers, keys and subscriptions
Luma World works with AI tools and accounts you bring yourself — for example your own API keys, or coding-agent subscriptions and command-line tools you already use. We do not resell model usage.
- Those accounts are between you and the provider. You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms and usage policies, and for any charges they bill you.
- You are responsible for keeping your keys secret and for revoking them if they are exposed.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe. Agents can run commands and change files on your computer when you let them. Review what they do, keep backups, and do not give them access you are not prepared to have used.
- We are not responsible for the availability, output or pricing of third-party AI services.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create and bring to the service — your projects, files, prompts, office layouts and agent work. You give us a limited licence to store, transmit and display that content only as needed to run the service for you (for example, to sync your office layout or show agent status on your phone).
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights;
- access another person's account or data without permission;
- attack, probe, overload or disrupt our servers, or get around rate limits, authentication or other protections;
- reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- send malware, spam, or content that is abusive, harassing or exploits minors;
- resell or give others access to the service in a way we have not agreed to.
7. Our software and brand
The apps, their design, characters and the Pixel City and Luma World names and marks belong to Pixel City or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps for as long as these terms apply. Open-source components are covered by their own licences.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
8. Apps from app stores
If you downloaded the mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Pixel City, not Apple or Google. The store's own terms also apply to your download. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for apps obtained from the App Store and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect the service or other users, or if we stop offering the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. Sections 4, 5, 7, 10, 11 and 12 continue after your access ends.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pixel City will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or of any third-party AI service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Indemnity
If you use the service in breach of these terms or the law, or in breach of an AI provider's terms, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW — to be confirmed by Pixel City], and disputes will be heard in the courts of that place, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
