Common questions
How do I sign in?
The mobile app and Luma World on the desktop use the same Pixel City account. Sign in with email and password or with Google, using the same method and address on both.
Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, choose the reset option and we will email you a link. If a Google sign-in fails, try again from the sign-in screen; if it keeps failing, email us with the device and app version you are using.
The app is signed in but shows no agents. Why?
The phone shows what your desktop is doing — it does not run agents itself. To see anything:
- Open Luma World on your computer and keep it running.
- Sign in to it with the same Pixel City account as the phone.
- Make sure both the computer and the phone are online.
Agents appear within a few seconds. If the desktop app is closed, goes offline or signs out, its agents drop off the phone shortly afterwards and show as offline or unknown — that is expected, not an error. Replies and messages are sent from the desktop; the phone is read-only for now.
How do I delete my account?
In the mobile app, open Your account → Delete account and confirm. You can also email support@pixelcity.world from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
Deleting your account removes your Pixel City sign-in and the data stored with it on our servers. The privacy policy lists exactly what is deleted. Deleting the account does not delete files on your own computer, and it does not close accounts you hold with AI providers — manage those with the provider.
How do I report a problem?
Email support@pixelcity.world with:
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
- your device and operating system (for example iPhone 16, iOS 26, or MacBook, macOS 26);
- the app version (on your phone: Settings → Apps, or the App Store page);
- a screenshot, if it helps — please crop out anything private.
Signed-in Luma World users can also file a report at pixelcity.world/bugs.
Will my phone notify me when an agent needs me?
If you allow notifications, the app registers your phone so it can receive alerts about your agents. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings. Status on the live screens updates while the app is open.
What does the app see of my work?
Short status metadata: agent names, whether each is working, idle or waiting, the conversation title, short status notes and any pending questions. Not terminal output, files or your API keys. The privacy policy has the full list.
